Review of Look Me in the Eyes

Wonderful piece with a perfect combination of subject-narrator and a sense of place. Just the right length, and that's important. If it were longer, there's a danger of falling into a cliche. This did not. Good work.

I still like it!

Sarah did a great job with this piece! I was very nervous about listening to myself speak but the way this was put together made me feel good. I had never listened to anything like this before and after having worked with Sarah, my eyes were opened to a whole new world of storytelling.

Thank you Sarah! (who by the way, played a little rugby herself!!!)

Just a reminder

I first heard this on my way home from work, then listened to it a second time at home with my hubby.

We took this as another life lesson.

Thank you!

Review of Look Me in the Eyes

"Look Me in the Eyes" asks the listener to take an intimate and revealing journey alongside a quadriplegic; one that nicely invites you into Billy Bouffard's wheelchair-bound world. The producer makes good use of ambient sound and the subject-as-storyteller narrative is nicely and creatively woven into it.
